Subscription renewal: card, or wallet and InstaPay in Egypt

A subscription lasts 30 days: how it renews by card, how you renew it yourself in Egypt with a wallet or InstaPay, and when a plan change starts.

If you pay by card, your subscription renews on its own; if you pay in Egypt with an e-wallet or InstaPay, you renew it yourself. The end date shows on the "Your subscription" page and in 5abeer AI.

Paying by card: automatic renewal#

  • The plan's price is charged to your card every 30 days, and the next payment date shows on the "Your subscription" page.
  • To stop the automatic renewal or change the card, press Manage renewal on the "Your subscription" page; it opens Stripe's billing page.
  • After you stop the renewal, your paid days stay available until the end of the period.
  • If a charge fails, you see "Update your payment method to renew". Update your card from Manage renewal.

Paying in Egypt with a wallet or InstaPay: renew yourself#

  • Each payment adds 30 days to your subscription.
  • Renew before the end date to keep your subscription running without a break. 5abeer AI reminds you as the date gets close.
  • Press Renew subscription on the "Your subscription" page, then follow the steps in Paying in Egypt with a wallet or InstaPay. The transfer is reviewed after you send the receipt, and the subscription is activated within minutes.

Changing your plan#

An upgrade to a higher plan starts right away: press Upgrade your plan on the "Your subscription" page to see the amount before you pay; what you haven't used of your current plan counts toward the new one, so you pay only the difference. Your current plan ends when the upgrade is activated and the new one starts a full 30-day period. A move to a lower plan starts after your current plan ends; your plan keeps working until the end of its period.

When a subscription ends#

  • The apps' requests through the subscription stop, and 5abeer AI shows that the plan has expired.
  • Renew the plan to get the apps working with it again.
  • Your API keys and your balance are separate from the subscription and are not affected when it ends.
