Create your 5abeer account or sign in with Google or GitHub, why we ask for a phone number, and how to sign in to 5abeer AI with your email and password.

You can create your 5abeer account and sign in with your email and password, or continue with Google or GitHub. It is one account whichever way you use, because it belongs to your email address.

Continue with Google or GitHub#

  1. Choose how#

    On the sign-in or sign-up page, press "Continue with Google" or "Continue with GitHub". If these buttons don't show, sign in with your email and password.

  2. Sign in with the provider#

    Sign in on the Google or GitHub page, and you come back to 5abeer on your own. Finish the steps in the same browser you started in.

  3. Finish your new account#

    If your email has no 5abeer account yet, we create one with it. Just your phone number and a password are left, then your account is ready. That password lets you sign in from any app too, including 5abeer AI.

One account#

  • If your email already has a 5abeer account, continuing with Google or GitHub on the same email opens that same account.
  • We accept Google and GitHub accounts with a verified email only.
  • If the email on your Google or GitHub account changed after you linked it to 5abeer, that sign-in won't go through. Sign in with your email and password instead.

Why we ask for a phone number#

We ask for your phone number once, so we can reach you quickly about your account or balance. Choose the country and enter the full number. If your account has no phone number yet, the dashboard asks for it once.

Signing in to 5abeer AI#

The 5abeer AI app signs in with an email and password only. If you created your account with Google or GitHub, use that email and the password you chose in the last step. If you forgot it, choose a new one as in the next section.

Forgot your password#

  • Request a link on the password reset page. The link arrives if your email has an account.
  • The link is valid for 30 minutes and works once.
  • Saving a new password signs your account out on every device, so sign in again.

If the sign-in doesn't finish#

  • Sign-in was cancelled: try again, or use your email.
  • Your sign-in session expired: start again in the same browser.
  • We couldn't confirm a verified email: use an account with a verified email.
  • The account isn't active: contact us.
