Who it covers
This policy covers everyone who uses 5abeer, every key and app, and everyone who uses a product built on 5abeer keys. It is part of the terms of service.
The usage policies that the developer of each model you use publishes apply as well, as that developer publishes them:
Allowed use
Use the models for your work, studies and projects, through the API or the supported apps, within your plan and balance.
Plans are for the supported apps. To use the models from your own code, create an API key.
Not allowed
- Any unlawful activity or content, or anything that infringes other people's rights, including intellectual property and privacy.
- Any content that exploits or endangers children or sexualizes them, in any form.
- Inciting violence or terrorism, or helping to make weapons, including chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear weapons and explosives.
- Hate, harassment, threats and defamation, and encouraging self-harm.
- Sexually explicit content, and intimate images of anyone without their consent.
- Fraud, phishing, spam and impersonation, and presenting AI-generated content as human work in order to deceive.
- Writing malware, breaking into other people's systems, or disrupting critical infrastructure.
- Surveillance or tracking without consent, identifying people from their biometric traits, social scoring, and inferring people's emotions at work or in education.
- Unlawful interference in elections, and spreading misinformation that harms people.
- Real-money gambling, and academic dishonesty.
The models' safety systems
- Getting around the models' safety systems, jailbreaking them, or injecting instructions into them without permission.
- Using model answers to train competing models or to distill their abilities, or trying to extract or reverse engineer the models.
- Testing the security of 5abeer or the models, or probing them for weaknesses, without our written permission.
If you find a security weakness, report it to support@5abeer.ai and do not exploit it.
High-risk areas
In legal, medical, financial, insurance, employment, housing and education decisions, a qualified professional must review what the models produce before anyone relies on it, and the people affected must be told that AI was involved.
Do not use the models to make fully automated decisions that significantly affect people's rights without human review.
If you build a product on 5abeer
- You are responsible for your product's users and for their keeping to this policy and to the developers' policies.
- Tell your users that they are dealing with AI; for chatbots, at least at the start of each conversation.
- Tell them that model answers can be inaccurate and that they should check them.
- Do not build on 5abeer keys a product aimed at people under 18 or likely to be used by them.
Accounts, keys and limits
- Reselling or leasing access to 5abeer, selling, transferring or sharing keys, or sharing accounts, without a written agreement with us.
- Using a subscription key outside the supported apps, or in place of an API key.
- Creating accounts automatically or opening several accounts, or getting around usage limits.
- Flooding the service with automated requests to disrupt it.
Countries and suspended accounts
- Do not use the service from a country where the model's developer does not offer it, or that is under sanctions barring the service there, and do not provide it to people in those countries.
- Do not give anyone that a model's developer or we have suspended access to the models through 5abeer.
When the rules are broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may warn you, limit your usage, disable a key, or suspend or close the account.
We report to the competent authorities when the law requires it, and we report any content that exploits children. We may share with the developer of the model concerned what it needs to investigate a breach of its policies.
If you see 5abeer being misused, tell us at support@5abeer.ai.
