Referral program: invite friends, earn API credit

Invite your friends to 5abeer with your invite link, and earn a reward when they top up or subscribe, as API credit at full value or part of it in cash.

Share your invite link. When a friend tops up or subscribes, your reward is added to your earnings: take it as API credit at full value, or the equivalent of part of it in cash.

How to start#

  1. Copy your invite link#

    Open the Invite friends page in the dashboard and copy your invite link or invite code, or share it straight to WhatsApp.

  2. Your friend signs up from your link#

    A friend counts for you from their first sign-up through your link, with email or with Google or GitHub. The referrals page shows how long they count for you.

  3. You get your reward#

    When your friend tops up or subscribes, your reward shows in "Earnings" within minutes.

How the reward is worked out#

  • You get a share of every balance added for your friend, and of the price of every plan they pay for.
  • You take your reward as API credit at full value, or the equivalent of part of it in cash. Both rates on your account show on the referrals page, and your account may have its own rate.
  • Each reward waits a short period after your friend's payment, then becomes available; the date shows next to it.
  • If an order is cancelled during the waiting period, the reward tied to it is cancelled too.

Use your earnings#

  • API credit: press "Move to my balance" on the referrals page, and your available earnings are added to your account balance at full value right away. That balance is for API requests only, from your keys and apps, and it can't pay for a plan or a top-up.
  • Cash, when cash payouts are available on your account: press "Request a payout": the amount you choose comes off your earnings, and you receive the cash equivalent of it at your cash rate, by international bank transfer or, in Egypt, to an e-wallet (Vodafone Cash, Etisalat Cash, Orange Cash or a bank wallet), in the account holder's own name.
  • The smallest cash amount per request shows on the referrals page before you send it; cash payouts are made by hand.
  • If a friend's order is cancelled after you moved its reward to your balance, the amount comes off your future earnings, not your balance.

If the referrals page doesn't show#

The referral program may pause for a while. When it comes back, your link and earnings are on the referrals page as they were.
