Terms of service

The agreement that governs your use of 5abeer: your account, plans, balance and payments, API keys, the models, and what each side owes the other.

Version 1.2Last updated: October 3, 2026

Who we are

5abeer (5abeer.ai) is the name of the service provided by Sarb E-Marketing (سرب للتسويق الإلكتروني), an Egyptian sole proprietorship owned by Hossam Mahrous, registered with the Egyptian Tax Authority under tax registration number 768-076-587. Commercial registry: being issued. Registered address: 0001 El Salam Street, off El Gameya El Zeraeya Street, Bashtil, Awsim, Giza, Egypt. This business is the seller in every purchase on the site, whatever the payment method.

In these terms, "we" means this business and the 5abeer team that runs the service, and "you" means the account holder who uses it.

To reach us about your account, your payments or these terms:

The service

5abeer lets you use AI models built by several companies through an API, subscription plans that run the supported official apps, the 5abeer AI desktop app, and the Chat page.

5abeer is an independent service, not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic or Google.

By creating an account, paying or using the service, you agree to these terms and to the acceptable use policy, and you confirm that you have read the privacy policy. The referral program rules below and the details of each order, as shown to you before you pay, are part of this agreement.

The version number and the date of the last update of these terms are shown at the top of this page.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service.
  • Give accurate details, including your email address and phone number. We use them to verify your account and to contact you about your account, your balance or your payments.
  • An account is for one person. Do not open several accounts to get around limits or to benefit from the referral program, and do not open a new account after yours has been suspended unless we agree.
  • Do not use the service from a country where the model's developer does not offer it, or from a country under sanctions that bar providing the service there, and do not use it on behalf of someone in that position.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens through your account and your keys. Keep your password and keys safe, never share them, and tell us at once if you think someone has reached them.
  • Our team will never ask for your password or an API key.

Plans

The pricing page shows the available plans and what each one runs. A plan's period and how it renews are shown before you pay.

Plans are for the supported apps. To use the models from your own code, create an API key.

Subscription usage is measured against a 5-hour limit and a weekly limit, and their current values are shown in your account. These limits, and the models and apps a plan includes, can change, because the model developers change what they offer. A change applies from your next subscription period, unless a developer forces an earlier change; in that case we tell you, and you can write to us about your subscription.

A subscription key works only in the supported apps; it may not be shared or used in place of an API key. We may ask what you need it for before making it available for manual setup, and we log every time it is revealed or copied.

Upgrading or changing your plan

During your subscription period you can upgrade to any plan with a higher price, in the same family or another one, for example from a plan that runs one company's apps to a plan that runs all the apps.

  • You are credited with the part of your current plan's price that you have not benefited from, after deducting the greater of the share of its period that has passed and the share of its limits you have used. If a quarter of the period has passed and you have used half of the limits, you are credited with half of what you paid for it.
  • You pay the difference between the new plan's price and your credit, and both amounts are shown before you confirm the payment.
  • Your current plan ends when the upgrade is activated, and the new plan starts a full 30-day period from that date.
  • The credit is used only towards the new plan's price; it is not paid out in cash and is not added to your balance.

A move to a plan with a lower price starts when your current plan's period ends, and your current plan stays as it is until then.

Balance

Your balance is a prepaid amount you use for 5abeer's services only. API usage is deducted from it at each model's price at the time of the request, as shown on the model pages.

The balance is not money, a deposit or electronic money: it earns no interest, cannot be moved to another account and cannot be withdrawn as cash, without affecting your right described under "Withdrawal". Referral earnings follow the referral program section until you move them to your balance.

Payments

The price shown at the time of purchase or of the request applies, and the full amount you will pay is shown before you confirm. A later price change never alters the price of what you have already paid for.

  • Card: the payment provider processes the payment; we never receive your full card number.
  • Mobile wallets and InstaPay: you transfer the amount in Egyptian pounds, then upload the transfer receipt and the details of the account you paid from. The order is activated when you upload the receipt, and we review the transfer afterwards.
  • If the money does not arrive, the transfer is reversed, or the receipt is not genuine, we cancel the activation, remove the related balance or plan, and may suspend the account. We report forged receipts to the competent authorities.
  • Any fee your chosen payment provider charges for its transaction is subject to that provider's terms.

If you have a problem with a payment or with an order's activation, write to support@5abeer.ai with your order number.

Withdrawal

You may withdraw from a purchase made at a distance within 14 days of contracting, under Articles 40 and 41 of Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. The right lapses once you have fully benefited from the service.

If you exercise it within that period, the value of what you have benefited from is deducted from what you paid: for subscriptions, the greater of the share of the period that has passed and the share of your plan's limits you have used; for API balance, what you have actually used. Free balance and rewards do not count as amounts you paid.

To submit a request, write to support@5abeer.ai.

Payment disputes

If something is wrong with a payment, write to us first: it is the fastest way to sort it out.

If you dispute a payment with your bank or payment provider, we may pause the related plan or balance until the dispute is decided. If the dispute turns out to be unfounded, we may close the account. Referral earnings from that payment are cancelled in the same proportion.

API keys

You create your keys in the dashboard, and all usage through any of your keys counts against your account, including usage before you disable a key that leaked.

If you think a key has leaked, disable or rotate it in the dashboard right away.

Do not sell, lease or transfer keys, or share access to your account, without a written agreement with us.

Acceptable use

Your use is subject to the acceptable use policy and to the usage policies the developer of each model you use publishes.

Models and availability

Models are built by their developers. Any developer may change, limit or retire a model, or change our access to it, at any time.

We may add, change, pause or remove models, providers, apps or features. The models page shows the available models and their status.

We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise that it will run without interruption or errors, and we may pause it for maintenance.

What the models produce

Model answers can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Check them before relying on them: they are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

You are responsible for what you send, for your right to send it, for how you use the answers, and for telling the people who use your product that they are dealing with AI where the law or the policies require it.

We claim no ownership of what you send or of what the models produce for you. As between you and us, it stays yours, to the extent the law and the model developer's terms allow.

Third-party services

The official apps the plans run, the connectors you add in Chat, search services and payment providers are run by other parties and are subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for those services themselves.

Referral program

Any account in good standing can invite others with its own invite link or invite code, and earn from what the people it invites pay. In short: your earnings are 50% of the value of the balance or plans the invitee buys, and you take them as API balance at their full value, or as cash equal to 10% of them.

How earnings are counted:

  • A referral counts when the invitee creates their account through your link or code, and you earn on their payments during the period shown in your dashboard. Referring yourself, duplicate or fake accounts, and top-ups made with free redeem codes do not count.
  • Top-ups: your earnings are 50% of the balance added to the invitee's account, not of the amount they paid for it. If EGP 1,000 of balance is added to their account, you earn EGP 500, whatever they paid.
  • Plans and weekly limit resets: your earnings are 50% of the amount the invitee pays.
  • These are the general rates. Some accounts have different rates under a written agreement with us, and your own rates are shown in your dashboard. A cap on earnings per invitee may apply; if it does, it is shown there too.
  • Earnings from each payment are on hold for 14 days from the payment date, then become available. They do not become available before we have confirmed that the payment arrived.
  • Earnings are not balance, money or a deposit: they earn no interest, cannot be moved to another account, and can be used only in one of the two ways below.

You can use your available earnings in one of two ways:

  • As API balance, at their full value: move all or part of your available earnings to your account's balance whenever you like. That balance is used for the API and follows the "Balance" section: it cannot be withdrawn as cash and does not turn back into earnings.
  • As cash, equal to 10% of them: request a withdrawal of an amount of your available earnings; the whole amount is deducted from your earnings and 10% of it is paid to you in cash. So EGP 500 of earnings becomes EGP 50 in cash.

Cash withdrawals follow these rules:

  • The cash amount is paid in Egyptian pounds inside Egypt and in US dollars for an international transfer. If the payout currency differs from the currency your earnings are shown in, we convert at our exchange rate on the day of the request. The cash amount and its currency are shown before you send the request.
  • The minimum cash amount per withdrawal request is EGP 1,000 inside Egypt, or USD 50 for an international transfer.
  • Payout methods: an Egyptian mobile wallet or bank wallet inside Egypt, and an international bank transfer to a bank account outside Egypt. We do not pay out earnings any other way, including in cryptocurrency.
  • The wallet or bank account must be in the name of the 5abeer account holder, and we may ask for proof of this before paying. We are not responsible for a payment sent to details you entered incorrectly.
  • We process withdrawal requests manually after reviewing them, and each request's status is shown in your dashboard. Any fee your bank or wallet provider charges to receive the payment is subject to its terms.

In every case:

  • If the payment that produced earnings is cancelled, returned in whole or in part (including under the withdrawal right), or disputed with the bank or payment provider, the related earnings are cancelled in the same proportion. If you had already moved them to your balance or withdrawn them, the amount is deducted from your later earnings.
  • We may withhold or cancel earnings, and pause or decline a withdrawal request, in case of fraud or reasonable suspicion of it, including referring yourself or accounts you own or control, duplicate or fake accounts, and payments made to generate earnings rather than to use the service. Where possible we tell you the reason, and you can write to us to have the decision reviewed.
  • Spam, misleading ads, advertising under 5abeer's name or mark, posing as us, fake reviews and promises we do not make are not allowed, including quoting the 50% alone without saying that it is API balance, or cash equal to 10% of it. If you break these rules, we may withhold earnings and end your participation in the program.
  • Taking part in the program does not make you our employee, agent or partner, and you may not make contracts or promises in our name.
  • You are responsible for declaring your earnings and for any tax or duty that applies to them where you live. If the law requires us to withhold tax or to collect details before paying, we will do so.
  • We may change the rates or rules, or end the program, after notice by e-mail or in your dashboard a reasonable time before the change takes effect. The change applies to payments made after it takes effect; earnings from earlier payments stay usable in the two ways above under the rules in force when they were earned.

Suspension and closing an account

We may warn you, limit your usage, disable a key, or suspend or close the account if you break these terms or the acceptable use policy; in cases of fraud, a receipt that is not genuine, or an unfounded payment dispute; to comply with a legal order; or when the use puts the service, our customers or our access to a model at risk.

Where possible we tell you the reason before suspending, and we stop the use at once when the risk is serious. If you think a decision is wrong, write to us and we will review it.

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account by writing to support@5abeer.ai. When an account is closed, the service stops for it, and any remaining balance or plan is handled under these terms and the law; write to us before closing if you have a balance.

Limits of liability

The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption, or for losses caused by changes made by model developers or by outages of third-party services.

Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross fault or wilful misconduct, any liability that cannot be excluded by agreement, or the rights the Consumer Protection Law or the Personal Data Protection Law give you.

Your responsibility to us

You are responsible for losses and third-party claims we suffer because of what you send, your use in breach of these terms, the acceptable use policy or the law, or a product you build on your keys. This does not affect your rights as a consumer under the law.

Trademarks

The names and logos of the models, apps and their developers are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to show which models and apps the service works with; their use does not mean any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement by their owners.

5abeer is an independent service, not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic or Google.

Events beyond our control

We are not liable for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages at model developers or service providers, internet, power or payment-network failures, sanctions and government decisions, disasters or cyberattacks. We resume the service as soon as we can.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version number and the date of the last update are shown at the top. We tell you about important changes by email or in the dashboard a reasonable time before they apply, unless the law or a model developer forces a faster change.

If you keep using the service after a change applies, you accept it. If you do not agree, stop using the service and write to us. No change applies retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, without affecting any right the law gives you to go to another forum or to complain to the Consumer Protection Agency.

If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version applies.

Notices

We send notices to your account's email address or show them in the dashboard, and you send notices to support@5abeer.ai. Electronic messages count as written notices.

General

  • These terms, together with the acceptable use policy, the privacy policy and each order's details as shown before you pay, are the whole agreement between us.
  • If a provision of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
  • If we do not enforce a right at some point, we have not waived it.
  • You may not transfer your account or this agreement to someone else without our consent. We may transfer it to whoever succeeds us in running the service, after telling you.
